Sieger Central has been in use since January 2004 and has successfully taken thousands of entries. However, we recognize not all computers are setup the same. We have made every attempt to accommodate the widest range of configurations possible, which has allowed us work correctly for almost everyone. If you are experiencing issues, please check out the following possibilities.
1. Server is slow - To protect the entries, the server is backed up at regular intervals. While it is being backed up it can become slow for a few minutes. This usually happens in the middle of the night and lasts for several minutes.
2. I try and sign up or sign in, but all I get when I hit submit is a blank page - In order to protect against hacking we must take certain precautions to make sure you are who you say you are when doing things on Sieger Central. (We want to protect your data) There are certain personal firewall applications that may conflict with this. Some examples are McAfee Personal Firewall and Norton Internet Firewall. In most cases, adding SiegerCentral.com to your trusted sites will fix this issue. (See manufacturer's instructions for details) However, if this issue still plagues you, you may wish to disable the firewall when working with Sieger Central, or, contact the Event Coordinator and arrange for an alternate entry method.
